NOVARIS ALL MODE SURGE DIVERTER 3 PHASE 150kA SDN3-150-275

Product Code: SDN3-150-275

The Surge Diverter is a 3 phase device with a nominal voltage of 230 VAC and a maximum continuous voltage of 275 VAC. It has a maximum discharge current of 150kA at 8/20ms for both L-N and N-PE connections. The impulse current is 18.75kA at 10/350ms for L-N and 30kA for N-PE. The nominal discharge current is 60kA at 8/20ms for L-N and 100kA for N-PE. This surge diverter provides voltage protection with a level of 1450V (L-N) at the nominal discharge current, and a level of less than 1200V (N-PE) at a current of 3kA (8/20ms). It is designed for shunt connection and can be used as point of entry protection at main switchboards, especially where N-PE protection is required. The Surge Diverter features an LED display that indicates the status of each segment. When all LEDs are brightly lit, it indicates normal operation. A dim LED on a phase segment indicates failure. The device is DIN rail mounted and has an IP20 rating. In case of component failure or thermal overload, an external alarm will be activated when the LED is extinguished.
